These days parcels arrive almost the day after ordering them online. GUR seem to be slow on this point; it can take up to a week or more. However, I am very happy with the parts to use for quilting on my Pfaff Performance 2058

Took a week to arrive but very good prices. Will use again. Scissors are excellent, haven't tried the rotary cutting blades yet.

GUR are very efficient and I've had no problems with them.
I bought my sewing machine from them about a year ago and was sent a box of Mettler threads which are so useful. Every time I use some of the thread I recall where I got it which is why I go back to GUR for other sewing things.
I just bought an extra lamp and magnifier for the machine from them which arrived promptly.

Dreadful service from GUR, needles never arrived. The only reason the pattern arrived on time was because it came directly from New Look. I would never place another order with GUR. When I telephoned the company to enquire about my order for the needles, spoke with a very sarcastic man who kept telling me to have a good day. I wanted to know where my order for the needles was, and he told me ''They will turn up'' They never did. Great way to treat a customer.

The bag is excellent value for money. It is strong and a good size to take the foot pedal and other bits besides your machine. It was easy to order and came on time.

I purchased an embroidery hoop from GUR. The first one I got did not fit and I got the correct one and a refund for first one. A good company to order from and helpful on phone. I like companies I can communicate with.

I bought my Pfaff Passport 3.0 because many of my friends were using them at a workshop and it seemed quiet in operation, but the main reason was its weight. I cannot lift my old beloved Bernina, so any modern machine could be better, but none I tried were light enough for me. Last weekend I took my brand new Pfaff to a course, by myself, wheeled it there in a sewing case and lifted it onto the table. This one fact was enough to sell it to me, but then I began sewing. The stitches were perfect, it was quiet, the ability to sew without using the foot pedal made my work so much quicker and helped avoid backache. I then tried the quarter inch right guide foot, despite having been told that I did not really need one as there are markings on the machine. I tried some seminole work both with and without the special foot. No contest. The foot which has a black guard at the side sewed perfect seams whereas mine were fractionally out. I have not yet tried the open toe foot, but have already used all of the bobbins supplied, testing out various stitches. I loved being able to see how much thread was left on each one. I have already bought another 20 bobbins so that changing threads is quicker. As final proof that this machine really did speed up my work I completed a quilt for charity in a morning instead of over several days.

The foot arrived promptly and works a treat. I love my Pfaff Grand Quilter but there are not so many accessories for it as for other machines so I was delighted to get this foot.

I ordered this kit from Canada. Received on September 18th. Very pleased with the kit and the shipping time. This is the best price I could find on this item. Even with the shipping cost to Canada it was cheaper than other suppliers in Canada and the United States. Thank you.

I ordered this fabric and was really excited to receive it to sew up a customer order, only to be given a refund and told it was out of stock a few days later. I am disappointed that the stock count was not correct online, as a small business owner with my own online web shop I believe it's important to keep on top of these things in order to not upset customers. I have not been able to get anything like this fabric anywhere else and have had to let my own customer down who I was buying this to make an order for. This company have made me look unprofessional because of their incompetence

A full description of the machines makes selection a simple process. Delivery times are excellent particular being given a time slot by the courier not need to sit in all day.

Ordered 3 packs of these bobbins for my Janome 8900, but I had to contact the seller as I had not received them as expected. Royal Mail strikes again with loosing post 😞. However this was not a problem and the seller was really helpful as another set was sent out to me which I did receive. Plus I was given a 10% off my next order. Very good service would recommend to anyone and i will buy again.
