If I could give more stars I would. From the day I purchased my machine to the day I bought this bobbin case I have received nothing but exemplary help and service. I believe in giving credit where it is due and GUR have responded extremely quickly to email queries I have had, provided useful answers to the queries raised and despatched all orders very quickly. I cannot recommend highly enough and I won’t purchase from anyone else.
I have used gur a few times. Normally for my machine needles. Ordered on line. Paid and delivered quickly. Needles are janome which are for my 1600p machine.

A brilliant and responsive machine. A good work-horse that will tackle all fabrics with a quick needle change. The top loading bobbin makes free embroidery more practical and the smallest zig-zag is a beautiful satin stitch that you can't do with all machines. I bought these machines for school so if 200 pupils can bash away on them for 3 years with no ill effects, it's going to be a trusted bit of equipment for many years.

When I contacted you because it didn't fit, you referred the issue to Brother who said it was the wrong item. You replaced with the correct item and asked for confirmation it was correct so you could update your website.
You were very helpful throughout, and kept me informed of actions taken to resolve a problem caused by Brother.
Sent the wrong one first time but quickly rectified the situation following a phone call

I absolutely love my Brother Innov-Is Stellaire XE1. It stitches out beautifully and the built in designs are awesome. I saw this machine advertised but thought it was out of my price range. Brother 0% finance helped me to buy the machine of my dreams. It is worth every Penny.
The walking foot is just what I needed for my jersey makes. I have shopped with GUR three times now and have always been impressed with the prompt service. My husband originally purchased my Jaguar sewing machine from them as well (which is amazing) and he said it also arrived very quickly. When I first ordered these bags I thought they were expensive. But having received them I can understand why. Th equality of these bags are excellent, I have the Brother V5LE and needed a bag to store this machine and all the parts, especially the embroidery bits when I go to a sewing retreat. They are so great ! Recently I sold my Pr670e to get the 1055x and first time in my life I've started to use Snowman stickers. Hooping has become so much easier. I just hoop and don't bother about having the design in the middle, machine finds the design and turn it by itself. Such a help and time saver. I’m getting use to my overlocker and it’s brilliant I’ve had a overlocker for many years and thought I would upgrade it for one that stitched as well as just overlooking, and I really love it.

I’m new to sewing, so I contacted GUR for advice on which machine to purchase. I think, I spoke to Palmer he was knowledgeable, helpful and really recommended a machine suitable for my needs. I liked the way he did not try to convince me to buy an expensive machine. In the end, I did go for the A150 only because they had an irresistible deal. Order on Thursday afternoon and arrived the next day as promised. I received exemplary service and I would definitely use the service again. I only wished they were based nearby. Oh yeah, the machine is fantastic, although I haven’t use all the feet or features, it’s easy enough for me to use and also a lot for me to learn. I hope this machine last me a long time. I recently purchased this machine and I’m extremely pleased with it. It is very robust and has a large work area in the hoops. The on-screen editing function is excellent. I particularly like the fact that the embroidery hoop bar is not sticking out of the end of the machine but contained within the throat area, making it ideal for using in a smaller space, although the machine comes with a large extension addition to use with the huge biggest hoop. The team at GUR were very helpful and my machine arrived within 24 hours. Highly recommend both machine and dealer.
I purchased this from GUR as I had, through my own fault, damaged the original on my Brother V5LE. My husband fitted this for me, following a video link provided by Brother Customer Services, and although it was a fiddly job it worked perfectly. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing to change theirs.

I bought this for my wife as an early birthday present, although her birthday is in November so I will have probably forgotten by then and buy her something else. She asked for this as her other one was not working as well as she wanted. This one I have been informed works seemlessly (no pun intended) and she is very happy with it in general. The one comment she did make was that she was surprised for the price that a trim tray was not included.
After being sent the wrong sewing foot this was quickly corrected. I then found I had ordered the wrong foot. After sending this back I ordered the correct foot and was refunded very quickly. So thank you GUR for your excellent service I will be ordering from you again.

Great Brother machine, im very pleased with my overlocker, it does everything it says and the stitching is clean with great tension mangement.
it is a bit noisy but most overlockers are so it was expected, the free arm is an excellent feature and it is very easy to thread.
