I have nothing but praise for the help I received from GUR when I had a little trouble with the courier not delivering when promised. However, everything was sorted satisfactorily and I am so pleased with my overlocker. One tip though - when you try it out for the first time, remember to raise the thread mast!! I forgot and had to learn how to thread the machine sooner than I needed to. Thanks GUR for your great service.

I am very pleased with my 252s sewing machine. It is sturdy and easy to use. It has an automatic threading device which saves time and temper for the short sighted. I ordered my machine on Sunday night and it was was delivered free on Tuesday. Iwas told by email the hour it would arrive and it did. No hesitation recommending this company or their products
Made my first purchase of a sewing machine and order arrived in a few days, no waiting weeks as you have to with some companies, very impressed with the delivery company too, had an email telling me what time to expect delivery, within only 1 hour time scale and true to fact it did arrive within that hour. I ordered the Husqvarna 100Q, with a free extender table, was a little disappointed that I'm still waiting for the table from the suppliers but never mind that is a small problem, the machine was a great price and to get the table free is a great bonus, so I don't mind waiting. Will I shop with GUR again? you bet I will, great service.

I used Google to find G.U.R..... Liked the discount price plus the chance to part exchange my old machine and gain a further discount. Web site easy to use. Order went through with a confirmation email straightaway. That gives confidence. Along the way I received many emails / texts telling me the exact day and "time" of delivery. So waiting in wasn't a drag. Driver was unable to take back my own machine when asked so I emailed G.U.R straightaway to let them know. I received a phone call back in minutes.... Asked a few questions and then told as the cost of another collection would be high I can keep the discount of £20 and give the machine away to a friend. I was so impressed by this company.... The Elna Lotus machine is new and is a dream... It was a birthday present to myself and I must say GUR

I purchased a Clover stitch ripper, it arrived quickly and communication was good. My only criticism is about the product, there is no safety guard only a very flimsy piece of soft plastic. I have never bought a stitch ripper without a proper guard before ans as this was quite expensive compared to ithers, I am a bit disappointed.

I ordered an evolution fabric guide but was sent a blind hemming foot. I was asked to return the foot which I duly did Monday this week.
It is now Friday and I have had no communication from GUR.
Billy promised to send the correct foot out immediately to me by 1st class. I have not received the foot so far.
Not a good first experience of using GUR.
