I've been very impressed with this company since placing my order for the Janome 725S Sewing Machine. It was initially out of stock but GUR have communicated with me brilliantly whilst my purchase was on back order. The minute the machine came back into stock, they were on the phone, sending emails and arranging delivery. Their delivery operation was impecable. I am very happy with this purchase and will use GUR again for sure.
Hi I did fill in another explaining the problem with this order.
You cancelled the order and refunded my payment. The original order was cancelled because I ordered wrong bobbin thread and you did not do the correct one so you cancelled then I re ordered the stabiliser but a more expensive one as I could not find the original one so ordered the more expensive one anyway. Then I thought I had waited a long time checked to see where it was and realised that also had been cancelled and refunded. I have no idea why, that order was nothing to do with the first order. I did not spot any email telling me about cancellation so I was just waiting for it to arrive. I did wonder if you may contact me after the last one of these forms I sent but perhaps you don’t personally see them. So as you see things are good and bad Good you dealt with me ordering wrong item ,bad you cancelled the next order. Very frustrating

Gursewing machines is a great company to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate through and there are some fabulous deals on the site. I bought some cotton fabric to make a baby blanket, excellent quality and easy to work with.
The entire process from start to finish is easy, (if you can stop looking at all the fantastic products) the dispatch and delivery was excellent with my fabric arriving very quickly. Will definitely use Gur again.

My order was out of stock so was offered refund or I could wait until new stock arrived when my order will be dispatched asap. I choose to wait for new stock. At present still waiting for stock to arrive though this is no fault of seller.

I ordered this overlocker and it arrived promptly the following day . As it was already threaded I was able to start using it as soon as it was unpacked and I am thrilled with its performance. It feels sturdy and overlocks fabric beautifully .
Whilst searching online for a sewing machine, I was particularly impressed by the amount of detail given about each machine compared with other traders. This made choosing much easier. When I found a machine which was much cheaper than on another website, the information included that it was ex-display but it still had a 2year guarantee. I have purchased sewing accessories from you in the past, so GUR should have been my first stop; it will be in future. I am very pleased with my purchase and the speedy delivery.
I had been thinking about purchasing an overlocker for years, I should not have hesitated as Janome 6234XL is excellent. I’ve yet to go beyond basic seam overlooking but think the elastic and rolled hem facility are skills to master in the future. Having decided to buy I returned to GUR as my Janome sewing machine bought over 3 years ago was from them. Unfortunately there is a supply issue with my chosen overlocker so I decided to purchase the ‘demonstrator’ model rather than wait a few weeks/months. Great to get some money off but disappointed that the machine arrived only part threaded with just one needle in place. Given that my telephone conversation assured me that the machine would be checked over before dispatch that seems unlikely. It took me many hours to instal the needle and work through all the threading. I guess I now know for future reference but it was not the start I had expected. Delivery was next day and very efficient

So sorry to hear that the machine was not threaded, we were assured by Janome that the demo machines were all threaded and tested otherwise we would have unboxed and checked.

I have dealt with and ordered from GUR on several occasions and always found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgable over the phone. Any orders placed have arrived promptly and efficiently and this one was no exception. Not quite got to “grips” ( excuse the pun) with the gripper yet but it was a reasonable price and seems very sturdy - enough for me to try out and decide if this would help me with free motion quilting. I definitely need more practice! Don’t hesitate to use this company - even with Covid complications they have delivered their usual high standards.

I purchased a sewing machine in April. It was a bargain. However, a couple of weeks ago I had problems with the machine and contacted GUR. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant and the problem was sorted out very quickly. I would highly recommend this company. First class service and great deals.

Keen to proceed with learning to use my coverstitch machine I ordered the Janome binding attachment and clear view foot. Unfortunately the foot was out of stock but communication with GUR was prompt and informative and gave me a number of options including a refund if I wanted it. As it happened both pieces were delivered within the week - an excellent service!

As ever the communication from GUR was excellent and the item arrived in good order, was delivered when we were told it would arrive and the price was competitive.

So the clip on the lint tray snapped on my Jaguar 489(So love this easy to use overlocker) it was promptly replaced at no extra cost.

I read the reviews of some people when I purchased my machine and there were a few that gave quite bad reviews, however I can honestly say that the machine is wonderful, it came the next day, they even sent a text to let me know the slot it would be with me. The driver was polite and I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the machine and service I received from GUR. I will no doubt do business with them again at some point in the future. I would recommend GUR to anyone thinking of buying a new machine.
