I treated myself to my very first sewing machine for Christmas and have been very impressed with GUR Sewing Machine's service. Buying your first machine is a bit scary (so much choice - where do you start?) but the product information on the GUR website is very detailed, which really helped me make my choice. I like that they also have a dedicated sales line if you need more information and/or help, or if you'd prefer to place your order by phone. The sewing machine I settled on came with a very generous 'gold pack' offer plus three extra sewing feet and an extension table. Excellent value for money! My order was promptly dispatched the next day for delivery per courier (free delivery as well!). I could track the courier's van so knew exactly when to expect my delivery, which was very convenient. I'm really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend GUR Sewing Machines to anyone who's into sewing. I'd definitely buy from this retailer again - in fact, I'm just off to place another online order for some sewing supplies :-)

When I inquired about the Pfaff Coverlock 3.0 price I was offered the same discount as in the summer. The machine arrived safely on the day I asked for it to be delivered, and the missing presser foot (which was out of stock at the time of ordering) arrived just a few days later.
All in all it has been a pleasure to deal with GUR Sewing Superstore, and I would recommend this company without reservations.
Item was not delivered to my address it as delivered to a person called Grant at the wrong address. Had to ask my postman if he knew the name Grant, luckily he did, the courier delivered it to Egerton Brow BS7 8HW. Feedback to the courier used they need to make sure that they deliver to the address on the consignment form. Now have my machine after a couple of trips to the Grant address. Am very pleased with my machine and costumer services was very help when I contacted them regarding help on my machine.

I live in Denmark, where sewing machines are more expensive than in the UK. I ordered a sewing machine and wondered wheter it would arrive in one piece. It did and after only 8 days. No delivery charges. I was so impressed, that I ordered a Brother overlocker as well. All I have to do is change the plugs and I look forward to trying them out. In total I´ve saved about £300.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from GUR Sewing...i can't fault them. The man i spoke to was really helpful and the machine arrived within a couple of days. This was an upgrade for me, from my Innovis 1250, and i wish i'd done it sooner!! the V3 is far, far superior to the 1250...absolutely love it!

I bought my sewing machine a few months ago from Gur so, it just made sense to order my over locker from them also. I have used it once already but, waiting for after the Christmas season to really get into it but, I jumped right in and it was brilliant. Finished the edge on a cardi to perfection. Very pleased. Actually phoned my order into GUR and the young man who dealt with me was polite, helpful and clear throughout the conversation. The order procedure was straightforward and the delivery was exactly as advised. I received regular updates on my delivery progress and the delivery was made 30 minutes into the 1 hour time slot. I ordered an extra large sewing box. The following day I received an email saying the item was now out of stock. I was given the choices of the stock they had in a further communication. I selected one of the items at no extra cost and it arrived promptly. It looks great and I am sure my daughter-in-law will love it (it's a Christmas present). I have used this Company before and find them quick and efficient. 😀

I just started with sewing and I have to say that the Husqavarna Viking Emerald 118 is a great sewing machine. It has all these little extra's that make the first steps a lot easier: Top Loading, one button hole, needle threader and many nice tutorials on YouTube.
An other advantage is that GUR gives you 10 years Guarantee on this machine which is at least 3 years more than most competitive companies or competitive brands. Excellent service of GUR overall. Thank you.

Bought this machine after my lovely Prisma 990 'died' after 28 years of service. I have always bought Viking Husqvarna sewing machines because of their build quality and ease of use. This new machine does not disappoint!! With a large amount of feet, this machine offers versatility and I look forward to working with it for many years to come.
