With regard to the delivery; I was emailed regularly, told which day to expect my purchase, then updated with what time to expect the delivery! I didn't have to wait in all day, I was given a specific time slot.

I ordered two machine feet, I made an error on one and corrected it by phone but the price which I think should have been cheaper was not reduced from the first wrong part.
Of the 2 parts sent one was sent incorrectly but this was quickly rectified and correct part now received.

Bought a Husqvarna sapphire 960Q sewing machine from GUR and I am delighted with this machine,and also the service I received from GUR. I could not believe it when the machine arrived less than 48 hrs after ordering it, well wrapped and knew exactly when it would arrive due to accurate tracking.

I had a problem with a previous machine but it was sorted out quickly with courtesy and efficiency. GUR's customer service is excellent.

Excellent price, fast delivery, but extended warranty was said to be with Husqvarna. We later found out that the machine has to be sent back to GUR, and not to a local Husqvarna dealer. Hopefully I will never have to return it, but be wary about telephone assurances that aren't confirmed in writing.

This will come in useful, although not for my Janome sewing machine. I have already used it for other things, however, and have found a real gem in GUR. Will be returning to this site on a regular basis.

I purchased the Brother L14 machine and had it delivered to Bulgaria from the UK. Great service from GUR. I was kept informed of the destination of the sewing machine every step of the way. It arrived after only 5 days and i was thrilled with it. Its a fantastic machine and is worth every penny. Its absolutely perfect for my needs. Highly recommended.
