Such a great service. I was very surprised at how inexpensive the item I bought was from GUR.
I had actually tried a well known auction site for said item, only to find it at an extortionate cost (for the item & plus P+P) So I tried another site where they didn't have it,but gave me a link which took me to GUR, showing the item at a fraction of the cost and NO P+P. I didn't hesitate, and I am so glad I did purchase, because from start to finish it was very smooth and a professional service from GUR. I would recommend and would use them again.

Quick delivery of an item I have had trouble finding.

Purchased as a surprise for my wife's birthday on 11 April. It was duly delivered in good time. She, having been enthralled by the "Sewing Bee," is extremely pleased with the best machine she has ever had.

I have nothing but praise for the way GUR handled my order. I received 4 emails to 1) acknowledge my order 2) confirm it had been despatched 3) provide me with tracking information and 4) tell me what time it would arrive the next day. My new sewing machine arrived when they said it would, and the delivery man was helpful and put it where I wanted it. It was well-packed and in perfect condition. Excellent service.

Apart from the delivery 'hiccup'when our address number had been mistakenly shown as 21 instead of 12, the sewing machine was delivered early the following day in perfect condition. My wife has managed to fill a cotton reel and threaded the needle following instructions provided. Hopefully further progression will be made in the very near future.

I had a hasqvana viking for over thirty years but it died on me last year. I bought another made of machine to replace it but not a 100% happy with it , so decided to by another viking and I am more that happy! it has been well used since I got it. Now to buy some extra feet for it as I quilt . 100% happy with your service! thank you.

My wife wanted a new sewing machine to replace her Janome memory craft 4800 but just could not make up her mind what represented the best value for money, as we are pensioners. She had looked online for some time but without any confidence because we like to see what we are buying. Her previous machine was bought from GUR following her visit to one of the exhibitions. So on a whim I said let's go and have a look at GUR (it's a round trip of about 145 miles!). We were made so welcome and they demonstrated several machines for her but without any sales pressure whatsoever. She eventually decided to have the PFAFF Ambition 1.0 IDT.
All the staff were courteous and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
She is delighted with her machine and we both send our thanks to the staff at GUR for their help and assistance. We would recommend GUR 100%

I ordered the machine and within 24 hours it had arrived. Was amazed and delighted. However the machine itself is a birthday present so cant comment on that, but the ordering and deliveery service was excellent.

I phoned this company for advice as I wanted to purchase a light weight but sophisticated sewing machine to take to classes. I was advised to buy the Pfaff Passport and I am very pleased with it. It has many of the features of my Huqvarna Ruby without the weight. It was delivered next day and had lots of extras including a wonderful selection of thread. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service! I was able to discuss various sewing machine models with a customer advisor who helped inform my decision to purchase the Janome J3-24. Sewing round in circles with a circular attachment is made much cheaper when you buy the attachment here. I couldn't believe the price. It was delivered quickly and I can't wait to use it.

I was very impressed with the service from GUR. When I ordered my sewing machine I got an email with the date of delivery, and on the day of delivery I got an email and a text message telling me what time the machine would arrive. I really appreciated knowing exactly when it would turn up. Since I got it it has been working perfectly. I'm very impressed with the machine, it is definitely great value for money.
