After valiant attempts to repair my old Janome 605, (mechanically sound, but impossible to use without industrial strength ear protectors when the motor started to fail), the gentleman at GUR sewing machines recommended the Janome 6260QC as a suitable replacement. No hard sell, just a discussion with people who really know their machines and are keen to find a good match with the customer's needs. I agreed with his choice and bought the machine. It's a real delight to use and has proved a worthy successor to my old Janome. I'm very pleased with it and with the helpful advice I received from the staff - and more than happy to add my thanks and testimonial to the others on this site.

Oh what service ordered on line late evening, goods arrived less than 48 hours later can’t knock it. One item of my order out of stock but I’m sure it won’t be long before I receive it. This company will come highly recommended to my friends and family.
