Order proceeded very quickly. Only complaint was the very annoying pop ups on the website. One was the email and the other telling me what other people had bought. Why anybody would think this would interest me I don’t know.

I was impressed with the efficient service, but when I looked at the bobbins they were not the ones that were originally sold with my machine. I spoke to them about it and gave them all the details but after 2 weeks I am still waiting if I can use the bobbins because when I did use the bigger ones in my machine it went wrong and I sent it back to GUR and it wasn't covered by my guarantee because of the use of an incorrect bobbin!! Very disappointed they have not followed up.

GUR REPLY: Sorry but Janome only makes one type off plastic bobbins for there top loader machines and after checking your photograph of the packaging and part number we have posted you the correct bobbins. We would have gladly replaced them if the item was wrong but we unable too as there is no other replacement.

You are welcome to check with Janome and will find out we have provided the right bobbins.

Love this little machine. Very lightweight and easy to thread. Easily overlocks velvet piped cushion covers, and takes up a lot less space than my old industrial machine.
Very good service and delivery, will definitely purchase from you again.

This machine is amazing it’s so easy to use,for me i was very apprehensive at first, however once I followed the easy guide to threading, what to do to lock the stitches it was so easy and the finished product looks professional, the buying process through GUR couldn’t have been more wonderful, I bought my machine through Palmer he was professional considerate and gave me one of the best buying experiences, I bought the cover pro 2000cpx and haven’t looked back

I purchased a Janome 4300 QDC. I have been looking for a little while as my trusty old machine had started to give me problem. We all like a bargain and I found this machine to be cheaper from GUR. I am always a bit sceptical at buying mechanical/electrical goods on line. I e mailed several time with different questions, and then I was asked for my phone number and they rang me, and did me a deal, and supplied all the information I required. It arrived well packed and on the day I was told it would be.

I love this machine, it is so easy to use and has all kinds of extras on it that my old machine does not have and I spend some part of each day using and quite frankly playing wth it. I could well recommend this machine and the service of GUR - it was brilliant.

Great company to deal with! My sewing machine arrived promptly and well packaged. I took it out of the box, read the instruction manual and started sewing straight away. Within 2 days of delivery I’d made 6 cushion covers one of which has embroidery on it. I’m delighted with the Jaguar sewing machine! It replaced a 38 year old machine and there is no comparison. The new machine is quiet and smooth running. It’s got me back into sewing.

I bought the Janome J-13 sewing machine and the Janome 9300DX overlocker. Service from GUR was excellent: I received sensible advice on what to buy for my needs, and the machines were delivered the following day. I’ve not used the J-13 yet so can’t comment, but the overlocker is doing a good job so far. I’ve never owned an overlocker before, but this model was recommended by a sewing teacher on a stretch fabric course. It came ready threaded so I could get on with experimenting straight away which was an unexpected bonus. The instructions seem pretty clear and I think it’s going to be perfect for my needs. All in all, very happy with my purchases and with GUR.

I have not used this sewing machine very much as yet but so far I am very pleased with it. It has so many features it is amazing to get them at this price. It arrived very quickly & safely.

Arrived well packed and swiftly, and not only has it proved to be a very useful addition to my sewing kit the Janome overedge foot was slightly cheaper from GUR than other retailers.

GUR gave excellent customer service and were very quick to reply to my emails. The only problem we had was with The Post Office; it took them one week to deliver the goods. Other than that, goods were as described and I am happy overall with GUR's service.

I needed to replace the knives for my Janome 204D overlocker and GUR as always is my go-to place online because they have a wide range of stock, admittedly it can be a little difficult to navigate spare parts but if you can find the part number then it becomes a lot easier. Suffice to say, GUR's service is always super speedy and the prices are as good as it gets.

Asked for help as to the comparability of various feet, was advised that this was the correct one. Duly ordered and delivered in 6 days. Happy with purchase, thank you

My Husband bought me this sewing machine for a birthday present, mine had died after 10 years. Very happy with ordering off website and delivery turned up when expected. Machine is fab on testing I need to give it a proper run though to appreciate it. 😀

Item was delayed, possibly mislaid in transit but after contacting GUR a replacement was sent out with was gratefully received almost immediately.

Foot was a genuine janome foot - a good price - delivery a bit slower than I would have liked but overall very happy with product.

Was very happy with order and the ‘sew easy’ Sashiko starter kit was a good price in comparison. Good marking pencil with six different colours will be useful in future projects too. You can add your own wadding if you want it more obviously ‘quilted’ (and as hand stitching polyester or wool will make it easier than cotton wadding which is harder to hand quilt with).

Lovely needle case, much needed after my dog chewed up the one I've had for years! I thought it was quite expensive but it actually contains a small pair of scissors, so actually was a fair price. It's pretty and looks sturdy enough.

Customer services replied promptly + correct part came earlier than expected will be reordering again without hesitation.
